Linked files in Presentation packaged on CD do not open

Linked files in Presentation packaged on CD do not open when run on a
different computer. Linked files are of following types.
..pdf .xls .doc .tif .avi

Can someone advise how to make the presentation standardised to "Always Run"
on any computer?

Hi,

Are the programs that runs these files installed on the target machine? for
example, if the target machine does not have Microsoft Excel, then the Excel
file would not open.

Hi Glen,

The programs are installed on the target machine.

I always have to link the file type with the program to run on the target
machine. This does not help me when I have to email my presentation to
someone else to view.
