When I link a file into One Note, I get a valid file reference:
<file://H:\My Documents-SRVR\Printer IP Ports.xls>, etc., but when I click
on the link, I get the following:
"Unable to open file....because the program to which you are navigating is
busy"
Why can't I open my file?

Is the file open in Excel already?
