Linked images saved as inline image

How would one save a linked image as an inline image both manually and using
the VBA? Thanks

Ctrl+Shift+F9 unlinks a field

In VBA, use Selection.Fields.Unlink or some other way of specifying the
field so that you can apply the .Unlink command to it.

or to just unlink the pictures

Dim apf As Field
For Each apf In ActiveDocument.Fields
If apf.Type = wdFieldIncludePicture Then apf.Unlink
Next apf
