This is concerning Excel 2000 (9.0.2720)
Is there any way to disable the warning popup for linked jpg
files? I have set the macro security to low and that disabled
one of the popups. However the "file download" box remains to
plague me. The files are .jpg and open in an external graphics
editor/viewer (Irfanview). I have tried using MS Photo Editor
as the default viewer but still the same problem. The message
is "Some files harm your computer......etc." And, the option
check box to opt out of this warning is greyed out and
inaccessible.
Any suggestions?
