Linked Oracle Table Slow in 2007

I have a DB that was created in Access 2000 that ran fine. Once upgraded to
Vista and Access 2007, the linked Oracle tables are extremely slow to the
point where it is impossible to navigate in the DB. Any suggestions on how
to speed this up? I connect using an ODBC.
