Linked Outlook folders to the same files as Word and Excel

Filing e-mails, tasks and other Outlook data in the Windows filing system
would allow a single search for anything relating to a folder subject and
provide an immediate link to the e-mail - task - word document - excel
spreadsheet or other data relating to that subject. The increase in
efficiency would be enormous.

Currently, you can use Lookout to accomplish this or Copernic Desktop Search
(both free). Windows LongHorn may or may not offer this (WinFS may have been
dropped but will appear sometime next year or the year after.)
