linked sheets, sum problem

Two sheets in a book:
products
summary

I want to get the totals of A6, B6, C6 from products sheet to appear on
summary sheet.

This is what I've tried:

=SUM(PRODUCTS!A6,B6,C6)

Doesn't work as it only gives me the figure in cell A6.

I should add that I know the simpler way would be to A6:C6, but in reality,
the figures will not always be on the same line.

You need to repeat the reference to the sheet name
PRODUCTS! with each cell reference.
