Linked Sound on CD

I have sound on my pp presentation from a linked file (MP3). I now want to
make a CD with an Auto run feature.
Is it possible to do this. If the link is to a file on a CD drive D: on my
PC and someone else has his CD reader installed as drive E. Will it
automatically pick up the sound file?

Place first your pres + all files in the same folder, then insert your
files, include your autorun.inf file and burn the contents of the folder
into your CD.
