Linked Table Manager - Save Password chkbox

I have an app that has tables linked to a SQL Server database. I am moving
it to a new computer, that has XP Pro OS and Office 2003. When I go to the
Linked Table manager to refresh my links, I do not see the Save Password
checkbox. If I do a new link I see the Save Password checkbox, but when
refreshing existing links I do not.

Am I missing a setting or is this the norm for refreshing links?
