Linked Table Manager window is empty

I've just converted from Access 97 and all is well so far - except, the
Linked Table Manager window is empty. Have I missed something?

Re-register accwiz.dll (the one located in the same folder where Access 2003
is installed)

Regsvr32 "path\ACCWIZ.DLL"
