Linked Table Manager

Could someone help our here.
My Linked Table Manager seems to have been corrupted.
I get an error Activex component can't create object.
That has left my access application nor working

I tried to repair and reinstall but nothing.
Still the same problem

How can I re-register my ActiveX dll's
