Linked tables in a database

In design view for the form, select the build button
(...) for the Record Source (under the Data tab). Use the
query builder to select the four tables and the fields
that you want from them. You can then proceed to build
the form using the fields you ahve added.

Ok, there is duplicate data in each table...like Name and
or supervisor...I want it to populate all of the tables
when I enter the data into my form. Is that possible?
