Linked Tables via ODBC

I have a Access 2K database that uses an ODBC connection
to linked tables. I can open Form1 (Customers) which has
a button on it to display on Form2 the selected
customer's billing address. I get this error each time I
try to open Form2:

Run-time error 3146, ODBC -- call failed

Is this possibly due to I am making two calls on the same
connection?? If so, is there a work around for this??
