Linked Tables

Hello,

I am trying to automate the export of data from linked
tables in one Access database to data only tables in
another access database.

I tried creating a macro which performs a copy operation
however, it simply copied the links not the data. The
result which I am looking for is to have a 2nd database
which does not contain linked tables yet has the table
data from the first database.

Sounds to me like you should link the data only tables in
the second database to the first database, same as the
original source tables. Then do an append query from one
to the other. You may need a delete query to empty the
destination tables first.
