I have 2 windows XP Pro computers. with one of them I can
click on a linked web address in an e-mail and it will
take me to it. In the other computer it gives me an
administrative error. It says this computer is not setup
to allow that and that I need to contact my administrator.
well I am the adminstrator and I don't know what to do.
Please help....
