Linking a cell to a value on the internet?

I am working on a financial program that relies on updated exchang
rates (value of US Dollar to the Euro or Korunas, for ex.) in it
valuation. Currently, I have to go to a finance webpage, copy tha
days exchange rate and paste to my cell to calculate conversions.

I'd like to set up a cell to "auto-update" the exchange rate each tim
I open the spreadsheet (much like the "TODAY ()" function auto-update
the date.

Does anyone have some insight as to how I could do this? Would I hav
to tie the date to the source code of a website?
