Linking a Task with Project Start AND End

Is there a way in MS Project to make a task (at ANY indentation level)
to have a Start AND End dates based on the overall project Start and
End dates ?

Each task in MSP has a Start and End dates but I cannot see any way as
to how I can achieve the above.

Any help would be appreciated ..

You might consider using a hammock task for this purpose. However, keep in
mind that doing what you are requesting forces the task onto the Critical
