Linking a Word document to a record, or is there a better solution

I have a database that I am working on that has eight questions that the
answers will be quite large. Like essay type answers. My first thought is
to link a Word document to every record. But I have some concerns. How
would I get things to print out together? Is this the best route to take, or
would you just create a field for each question with a memo field type?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
