Our company is using a Access 2000 app on Win NT / Citrix. There are about
20 users; typically about ten at a time. Each user has a frontend in their
own folder. They are linked to a backend mdb which is in its own folder
We want to severly restrict access to the folder - primarily we don't want
people clicking in and erasing it by accident - it's happened before. We
want to prevent accidental damage.
So the dilemma is how to restrict permission on people going into the
folder, but still allow the same people to open the front end and link to
the backend mdb in the restricted folder.
What is the best way to accompish this?
Many thanks
