Linking Access to Excel

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a scale program entering values in to MS Access.

I was wondering if there is anyway I can automatically
have access send the values to cells in Excel as soon as
it get them.

I then have calcualations and evaluations I do in excel,
which then sends the results to an Automation program.

I know how to set up the odbc source and I figured out how
to "Get External Data" from access to excel, but the
fastest it refreshes data is every one minute.

I need it to automatically change the value in the excel
cell as soon as the value is placed into access.

I've been workin on this for a while, and any help would
be greatly appreciated.
