Linking ACCESS to Outlook: Inconsistencies in the Fields

I used the table link function in the File>Get External Data menu to import
an Outlook Contacts database. However, the field names are different in each
program and the field 'Category' from Outlook was not transferred into
ACCESS. How to I fix this link?

I have not used ACCESS in years, so please keep you reply to a basic level.
