Linking Access with Act! and Sage

Hi

I have stock and price information in Sage and some customer information in
Act!. Can I pull data from Act! and Sage into Access? I've seen some
references to ODBC but can't seem to find out if Sage and Act! are covered by
this or any other method.

PS This area is new to me!!
