Linking activities to contacts or accounts

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using Outlook 2003 with SBS 2003. I installed BCM, then the SBS patch
and the SP1 install. I had to all of this before I could get BCM to work.
Outlook continued to tell me that BCM couldn't start send the error report to
MS. Finally, when I installed SP1 it "worked". I was able to open Outlook and
look at acounts and contacts. Now when I try to add an activiity to history
or add a new activity to history (i.e. email to contact) nothing shows up in
the list AND it typically gives me a similar send error report to MS.

Will this tool work? I think it has great possiblities but unfortunately, I
have not been able to explore them, yet!

Besides emails, do other history items work?

If you add a phone log to an Account, does the phone log show up in the
Account's history grid? Does it show up in the BCM history folder?

Nope, I am not able to add any types of activities. I've tried to "promote"
an email to a contact and nothing happens. I just tried to add a Phone log to
a contact by following the steps below and BCM gave me the "send error report
to Microsoft error".

Open BCM contact, press Add next history, select Phone Log, enter content
and click Save and Close.

The error message appeared but so did that entry in the history. However, I
cannot add anything else but it doesn't kill outlook. I still can't add any
Outlook related items (Appointments, Tasks, Email)
