linking between spreadsheets and word

Is there any way to link a specific number in a Word
document to a number in a Spreadsheet so that if the
number is changed in the Spreadsheet, it will
automatically change in Word, too?

Open the spreadsheet and the document. Select and copy the value in the
spreadsheet. Switch to Word. Select PasteSpecial and check the PasteLink
option.
