linking cells with same formats & colours

i have a cells, some of which are coloured

if i link, for eg. a cell that contains a date and it is
red to another worksheet, it copies the same value but not
the format so it appears as default black

how do i link cells with the same formats or colours ?

You can copy/paste, but not link.
