Linking combi box values to a table

I have 2 questions:

Q1) I want to link a combi box named "business" to a table called
"businesses" so when you click into the combi box is displays all the
businesses in the businesses table to make it easy to update.

Q2) I would then like to lnk another combi box to this combi box so when
you choose a certain business only employees for that business appears in
this combi box.

Is the above possible, if so guidence would be appreciated.
