Linking Combo Boxes

I have just been browsing the web site and come across
some very useful tips and tools. One of those was linking
cells together.Depending what you select from the
validation list in one cell will determine what is pulled
from the list in a different cell. (using Validation
rules and the INDIRECT function)

However, wanting to move that forward, can this be done
with Combo boxes?

I would appreciate any feedback.
