Linking Content controls

Hello,
In MS Word 2007 how can you link two content controls so that when one
changes the other one will also change.
I cannot seem to find information on how to do this.

How many do you need? What are you using them for? If you're not familiar
with XML then you can use bound document properties found on the Insert
tab/Quick Parts\Document Properties.
