Linking data from Visio to Access

How do create a new record in an access data base when I drop an object onto
a Visio Drawing? I am opening a Userform and saving the Userform fields into
the Shapesheet cells. I can't find out how to take this information and enter
it into an Access Data base.

Visio doesn't support that natively, you have to write custom code.

You can use the Visio Extras / Database Wizard to create masters that will
add records to an Access database.
