Is it possible to link different databases? For example, I have many (15)
contracts with their own subcontracts (63) and chart of accounts (26). I want
to be able to share some info across each database. Is this possible? Or do I
just make a HUGE database with each contract, subcontract, and chart of
accounts in it?

Ok, I see one single database with three tables, or perhaps two: a
table of Contracts (which could include the Subcontracts, or they
might be a separate table), and a table of Accounts. A "huge" table
would have 10,000,000 or so rows - I'm not sure that you are getting
very close to that.

I suggest that you go to www.mvps.org/access and/or
http://support.microsoft.com and search for "tutorials" on Access.
This would seem to be a very straightforward project for Access.
