Linking Decimal datatype in Jet 4.0 error

When I link an Oracle in an Access 2004 database it results in an Error.
In Access 97 (jet 3.5) the Oracle Numeric fields were converted to Double
Precision, but now to Decimal.
When the content of the field is 30,75 it gives 3075 and sometimes just
#Error#.

I heve seen this problem in other questions, but nowhere an answer . . .
Please help !!!
