Linking Documents in MS Binder

How do link a file to a binder so that when I update/modify the source
document, it updates as well in Binder? For example, if I add an exisiting
excel file to a Binder report, and modify the excel document in excel (not in
Binder), how do I link it so it automatically updates in Binder? Also, can
this be a vice versa process (i.e. update in Binder --> updates in source
document as well)?

Thanks!

Hi J.D.,

The Binder is basically a 3ring binder holder of copies of your documents. You can work on the files in the binder directly but it
doesn't on its own synch the original files back to the binder copies.

Links to objects will work.
