Linking Documents to Issues Error

When trying to link a document to an issue, I receive the
following JavaScript error:

Error: 'oRetValArgs.Title[...]' is null or not an object

This only happens for issues/documents associated with one
of our projects. And it used to work for this project as
well. We do not know of any changes in the environment
that may be the cause of this -- it seems to have just
quit working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
