Please can someone help me understand how to do this. I am trying to create
the following with Web Project 2003 and Sharepoint. I would like to create
pre-defined "Tasks", that my PM's can select from. These Tasks will have
certain pre-defined characteristics associated to them. One primary
chracteristic is a link to a Word/Excel/PPT/PDF/etc template or document.
Thus when the PM assigned the "Task" into a project, the associated
document('s) automatically comes across. This "Task" will then be tied into
that PM's or Resource's Outlook Calendar with an alarmed scheduled event.
