linking email, resume and photo to specific names in spreadsheet

Hello,

What is the best way to include an email, resume, and photo to a name
listed in a spreadsheet? If i linked it, it would only be active if i
am viewing the spreadsheet within my computer. I want it to be viewed
by other people within their computer system. So that i can send an
email, with an attachment of the spreadsheet, with all the above items
available to view.

Thanks,
Donna

Hello,

What is the best way to include an email,

Not sure if this is the "best" way, but one way is:
Insert > Object > Microsoft Word Document
Paste the contents of the email message into the Word document then
close Word.

Same way

and photo

Insert > Picture > From File

There are lots of other ways to accomplish these tasks depending upon
how you want the final result to look.

Thank you. I tried your method and the resume did paste into the
spreadsheet but took up a lot of room. I clicked on the to show icon,
the (word icon) showed up in the spreadsheet but the word document
would not open when i click on the icon.
Is there a way to just have the word
RESUME or PHOTO and hyperlink it to the actual document? To take up
less room within the spreadsheet. Would it be available to be viewed by
anyone if the spreadsheet is sent as an attachment to another person at
a different computer or is the link just within my hard drive. Thanks.
