Hi
I am trying to link excel info into a word document.
I copy & paste link with destination formatting and while I have the word doc open I can successfully update the link for changes.
However when I try closing the word doc and re-opening, all of the links no longer allow updating. If I go into 'edit links' screen, and select 'update now', I get the error 'Error! Not a valid link.'
If I try to open the source, it comes up with an error about the object being corrupt or no longer available.
I have never had this happen before in earlier versions of word but have recently upgraded and moved to a citrix platform - i'm not sure whether this could be the cause?
Thanks
Erin
