Linking files

Hi,

I saved a form as a data access page and then save it as
other html document outside the access database. The
html form looks the same but when I click a command
button on the switchboard it doesnt take me to the form
that I was supposed to go. I was wondering if you can
help me link these files together such that when I
clicked the command button on the html switchboard it
takes me to the form I want which is also a html
application form.
