Linking folders in Windows Explorer tree

Is there a way of linking folders in the Explorer Tree? We have hundreds of
site folders in an AutoCad section, and same sites folders in Documentation
section (word & excel files). They need to be kept separate but it would
enormously advantageous to be able to flick to the 'sister' file without
having to manually go up and down the tree, opening folders and subfolders.

Any suggestions?
