linking forms online

Hey Folks,
I am trying to use InfoPath with Sharepoint services on a
portal online. I was to link it with an Access database
for the data source so that people can submit to it by
filling out the InfoPath form on the portal and submitting
it to the DB also on the portal. Can this work?
