Linking Forms

I have a split database being shared by users, (Backend, tables and several
frontends for each user with forms, reports ect.) works just fine.
We have forms where we would like to "format" fields using colors or
different fonts
This is not shared by other users as they are specific form attributes, right?
Wondering if there is a way to have users share a form? or if you have any
other suggestions how to accomplish this while having a split database.

Formatting fields works fine on forms in a split database.
You can use conditional formatting for this.
I suppose you could have a problem if you choose a fancy font that is not
installed on all the computers.

Works great thank you Jeanette.
I have users entering data (words) in these fields and it works fine when
the field value "equals" the expression for instance "open", but If they
enter "open new student" the format does not change.
Is there a way to choose "contains" or have the conditional format take
place if it finds a word within the data entered in the field?
