Linking forms

I have a form called Contacts which contains 450+
records. I made a Contact Directory based on it which
lists Contacts in an easy to reference manner. It would
be nice if I could link the name displayed in the Contact
Directory to the Contacts record. As in, you click on
the name in the Contact Directory (or a button next to
the name) and the appropriate record opens.

I don't know how to set that up (I'm assuming an On Click
event procedure). Any simple solutions that don't
require changing all 450 names?
