Linking from one page to a specific spot on the next?

I have a picture on the first page called Lois-Lane2.jpg and I want to that
picture to link to a layer on the second page (Champion) that is not at the
top of that page. I have tried bookmarks (highlighting the text inside the
layer and making that a bookmark), but it just takes me to the top of the
page.

I am using layers becaue they are the only thing i could figure out that i
could use to just drag my pictures and text around and put them in a place
that I want them. Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, this is correct, with this you ought to se the layer in the second
page, maybe not on the top but it should show up on the screen ???

i can see the layer, yes, but when i link to it from the first page i want
that layer to be at the top of the screen. Right now it just links to the top
of the page that the layer is on- not the actual layer. I should probably
also mention that, when in preview mode click and crtl+click dont take me to
the page at all.

To get it on the top without any spec script you probably have to make
enough space or something under the picture. The page only scroll to that
point where you can se all of it which means that the bottom of the pic is
positioned at the bottom of the site.

----------------------------- this will be the bottom instead of the pic

The page layout will not be the best but that depends of what you can
accept. I don´t know if there is a better way to solve this problem
