Linking Front and Be Dbs in Access 2003

I have recently installed Access 2003

I have copied a linked front and backend db into the
folder to do some development work. I need to refresh the
links from the front to the BE.

In Xp and earlier versions, I opened the frontend and went
to Tools/Utilities /Linked table Manager and selected all
the Table Links, clicked OK and browsed my way to the BAck
end which I selected and all the links refreshed
automatically..............

When I attempt to do this in Access 2003, it just links
the first table and then seems to want me to go through a
manual process of linking each table, which could take
forever!!!

I think I need to configure something in 2003 before I
start..........Any suggestions ??

I just tried it in A2003 and it works as expected.

Please try it on a new FE/BE set of tables and see if they work correctly.

If so, then try again on your existing set.

If the problem persists, then please list the exact steps to reproduce it.
