Linking, generating reports

I need help on how to link two Access 2000 databases
together. The data is extensive in both tables, and in
both tables there is information that will be duplicated.
I need to link the two Access tables together for cross
reference and to generate reports. I plan on using one of
the Access database as a source file, per say to enter
information and I need the other table to automatically
update when I update the source table, meaning the main
Access database I will use for all updating.
