Linking Label to Table data

I have a Floor plan of our building that I'm using to track Network
Jacks, who is assigned to the cubicle and the IP address assigned to
the location.

Is it possible to link lables to a table of User Names, Jack Numbers,
and IP addresses? That would make updating the floor plan easier by
just updating an Excel table of data.
