Linking meetings to calendars

Apologies for the newbie post if not suitable for this group or if I have
overlooked something obvious.

Is there currently - or is it anticipated that there will be - any way that
when you define a meeting in Groove, it can be automatically entered into the
Calendar tool?Or alternatively (or even better, also) a diary appointment in
Calendar that can be linked to an item in the meetings tool. Otherwise data
for the same meeting has to be entered twice and errors arise.

Tks Marky but unless I'm missing something, you can't do this. Try the
following:

1. Define a meeting.
2. Ctl-E (copy meeting as Link)
3. Switch to Calendar tool.
4. The only place I can find where you can paste the link is in the
'Details' field of a new meeting. Even if this worked (see -5- below), it
doesn't save data re-entry for the meeting details.
5. After doing (4), the link is unavailable - move the mouse pointer over
the link and a 'No Entry' icon appears.

Again, apologies if I'm missing something - we're evaluating Groove prior to
possible roll out, and I haven't been able to track down much documentation.
