linking multiple powerpoint presentations but showing 3 screens

Dan

For theatrical purposes I am trying to create 3 separate powerpoint
presentations that can all be controlled by one click. In effect, be able to
create a master cue list that by my design would change the slides on each
different screen. Multiple computer, networking, etc. set-up capable.

Look at PowerShow add-in at
http://officeone.mvps.org/powershow/powershow.html - it allows you to use
multiple screens from a single computer for different slide shows. The
Synchronous Shows
(http://officeone.mvps.org/powershow/powershow_sync_shows.html) feature
allows you to setup a Master slide show and others as Follower slide shows.
When you navigate the Master slide show, PowerShow will navigate the
corresponding Follower slide shows. See if this meets your requirements.

I am trying to toggle between two different PPT presentations to make my
educational program work better. Can this be done easily with simple key
strokes?

I am a newbie so forgive me if I have read your question wrongly. I have
found that I can quite easily with key strokes "toggle" between as many
presentations as I require at any given time. This is how I do it.
..ppt 2007. Open all presentations required >View> Windows> Cascade windows.
I just drag and drop if I need to add slides from one presentation to
another. It is so much easier to quickly view any presentation with key
strokes and "toggling" between presentations is very easy. Is this what you
are looking for?.
