Linking multiple ranges and worksheets to MS Word

I am running MS Office 2003

Short Version:

Is there a way to link multiple ranges of multiple worksheets contained in
one workbook into a word document?

Long Version:

I have an excel workbook which contains multiple worksheets that are
co-dependant upon each other. I am trying to link certain ranges of several
worksheets in the excel file to a word document as separate linked objects.
Where I am running into trouble is that when linking the file, I am unable to
control which worksheets and ranges are displayed as the linked object. Also
when I create more than one link to the same Excel file, it will display the
same worksheet and range, as each linked object. I have been able obtain
more control of what sheets and ranges are displayed by embedding each
object, but then I lose the co-dependencies of the worksheets, and the
ability to have one workbook where I can make changes, and updates.

Did you ever get an answer to your question? I am trying to do the same
thing. Or trying to use multiple embedded Excel worksheets in Word 2003 and
be able to link the formula values in cells from one worksheet to another
embedded in the same Word document. Do you know how to do that?

Thanks for any input.
