Linking OC_NAME to multiple EPOCs using Crystal Reports

Greetings:

I am attempting to use Crystal Reports to read the actual text values
for various outline codes. I can do this successfully for ONE outline
code by linking CODE_UID in the MSP_OUTLINE_CODES table to
ProjectEnterpriseOutlineCode1ID in the MSP_VIEW_PROJ_PROJECTS_ENT
table. This works fine and the text value appears. However, I cannot
link multiple outline codes to the OC_NAME field without the values
disappearing in my report. This does not make sense to me. What am I
doing wrong?
