Linking Outlook Calendars

I work on an exchange based network and have calendars that I would like to
link together. I have a master calendar that I would like to link to a
number of secondary calendars. If I make an entry on one of the secondary
calendars I would like for it to link with the Master. The idea being to
have multiple secondary calendars updating the master. Any ideas?

it's not a feature offered by outlook or exchange - you'll either need to
find an application that can do it or learn how to program.
